Visit & Volunteer

Classroom Volunteers are always welcome.

Here are some examples of how volunteers get involved at DCS: reading to children, helping with book publishing, Field Day events, and after-school clubs.

Each year DCS designates a staff member to be the volunteer coordinator

who helps find ways to get parents involved in the school. Persons wishing to volunteer at the District should complete a Volunteer Application form describing their skills, interests, and availability; the designated staff member will then instruct the potential volunteer as to the steps needed to become a volunteer.
